Recently I often perceiving the board Owning the quotes “Good Vibes Only” and These quotes are highly attracting people. And I noticed these boards hanging around places like Restaurant, Parlor, Hospitals, Even in friends house etc., except Worshiping space!
This “Good Vibes Only” syndrome provoked me to think keenly about the ulterior meaning of it. And eventually few questions popped in me like…
- Are we truly able to sense the Vibration around?
- If so, How to identify the so called “Good Vibes”?
- If I fail to identify the “good”, then am I possessing Bad vibes?
Being Positive in thinking level is highly challenging to compete in this world 🌎 and now we are moving towards the Vibration mode! And is that possible to be positive in energy level ? The answer is ‘Yes’. But the term ‘only’ creates the mess.
Emotions has to be acknowledged and delivered without any resistance 🚫 when we say “ONLY”, we consciously deny the things that are Authentic around us.
Human emotions are prone to react both good and Bad, Positive and Negative, Healthy and Unhealthy. Because it’s highly subjective in nature. We can Be Positive and Produce Good Vibes and also Accept and handle negative emotions and it’s OK to vibrate low at times. When we try to possess Only Good vibes then it becomes toxic to the positivity!

As human mind is in a hurry to possess #only# the good thoughts, we unconciously toxify our own capacities as follows:
- A tendency to pretend to be fine by hiding one’s own emotions and true feelings
- Develop guilt for not being good enough
- Accumulating Shame for not accepting the reality as such..
- Might leads to Anxiety and melancholic state for being fighting with one’s own thinking pattern
- Not being Authentic to one’s own emotions. Hence the pressure to attain the good vibes turns toxic to oneself.
TOXIC POSITIVITY is a mindset to maintain positivity in difficult times where it creates unhealthy emotions like Anxiety, Depression when fail to be Optimistic, Shame around oneself, Over or Compulsive thinking, Confused Mental State which are highly toxic to healthy life.
IDENTIFY THE POSITIVE STATEMENT WHICH TURNS TOXIC
- Stay Positive All the time!
- Good Vibes Only!
- Happiness is a choice!
- Crying is waste of time and energy!
- Brooding over the past is pointless!
- Boys don’t cry!
- Girls should not get anger!
How those kind of statements could be Reframed:
- I accept the dual nature of life!
- Failure is sometime part of life!
- It’s okay to feel low I accept my pain
- I am here no matter what happens
- I understand the otherside of the coin.
- I understand that life is not bed of roses it’s OK to stay in reality
- I grow in every situation
- I am grateful for the lessons that life teaches me constantly
When we deeply give attention to the pain that we have gone through in our life, we understand the beauty of our growth in that. Staying positive is possible when we understand to allow our emotions to flow without any demanding statements!
When we limit ourselves in this Huge Mega vibrating planet and expect to experience limitless possibilities. Does it sounds Fair on your perception?
When we Demand things on our experiential state we eventually deny the growth unconsciously. Staying Beyond the Demands, Limitations will definitely bring Growth, Clarity in your mind.
The real Growth happens when we are open to life without any Bias!
