Program your Brain to Be Optimistic!

The most easy and tough job is to train your brain to be Positive. But once you trained your Mind to be Positive, No matter, how hard your circumstances are, you can hold the chain of Positivity and you heed only what makes you stronger. Let’s see how to train your Brain / Mind to be Optimistic.
A study says that a human Brain comes across 60,000(thousands) of thoughts per day. And another study says it reaching around 1 lakh of thoughts/day. Imagine the brain approximately weighs 3 pounds which is between 1300 to 1400 grams processing so much of thoughts in 24 hrs!! Alas! What a damage we are causing is that we process 86% of our thoughts are negative, things that we don’t want and about the things happened in our life. Only 14% remaining is Positive, thinking about pleasant events and imagining about fantacy world.
There are few incidents strongly recorded in our Brain which carry both Positive and Negative events. The impact of unpleasant events recorded very deeply within as it get seated deep down in unconcious mind (refer previous blog to understand the Unconscious Mind) because we failed to resolve it by suppressing it. So, whatever new healthy habits that we try to imbibe is facing failure due to the deep down emotional pains that we store it in the ware house of Brain.
WHAT ARE ALL THE UNHEALTHY BLOCKS FORBIDS THE POSITIVITY?
#Avoid Unhealthy Conversation: A single thought of negative experience in a day might spoil that moment of your day but Repeating that experience with several people you meet would contaminate your entire thought process. Here you have to understand one important thing is Ventilating or sharing the negative experience is absolutely ok to express but see to that you are not get stuck and Brooding over it. For instance, that windy morning i was coming out from my college office after signing in for work and happened to meet my colleague at my work place they shared with Anxiety about an accident happened in front of our college gate that day, hearing this 2 more staff joined the conversation and added their version about that accident and also started talking about all the accident happened earlier in the city. Very soon the whole conversion was about accident, blood, Hospital, ambulance, death etc., Therefore, it created a heavy feeling for all of us where the day started with unnecessary Giant feelings. Instead you can pray for that vicitim for his good health and family wellbeing.
#Stay Away from Unhealthy chats like on topic related to Road accidents, Robbery, Sexual harrassment, unnatural Death, Gossips about someone, Poverty, Physical Ailments etc., Because it Produce chain of negative thoughts and unconciously attracts only those. Remember always not people are negative but ONLY their Thoughts.

#Stop Blaming Persons & Situations: when you blame someone for what had happened, then you are creating a toxic energy around you where it decreases your strong energy rays where your body actually emits. Henceforth you create substitute emotions of anger, Jealous etc., People who find Faults must have experienced criticism in their past so they learnt to find faults.

How To Boost Up Your Positive Thoughts?
#Increase Positive Statements everyday: When you utter positive words, your brain receives adequate energy to supply in every situation. E.g: “All For Goodness”, Life is Beautiful! Etc.,🫂
#Increase your Affirmation: do not wait for someone to appreciate you and don’t hesitate to appreciate others. Ensure Your Affirming words are not flattery. Pass genuine affirming words. ✨️
#Deliver the waves of Positive Energy: when someone is in pain, just pray for them with good words. Instead of worrying about them say/ think something that you really want for them. Bless them. 🙌 The moment you think positive about them it reaches very faster than your direct conversation.
Have you noticed in you that you feel tired after coming from hospital and feeling refreshed after coming from Temple? It doesn’t mean Hospital are negative and Religious space are good but what sort of thinking pattern that we carry while going there matters a lot as it delivers the waves of it. Therefore, your current thought patterns influence the place you live . Your single thought of Positivity travels faster and spreads Positivity. Unfortunately your single thought of Negativity also equally travels faster. It’s because we are more receptive to unhealthy patterns due to emotional pain that we carry behind our brain. For e.g. when your are travelling and someone scold you in the bus for no reason, that person stays in your mind and takes to memories of person who scolded you for no reasons in your life. This is called a chain of negative thoughts. So covert this Chain of Negative to CHAIN OF POSITIVE THOUGHTS. Similarly the same day If you get a positive Affirmation at your work place you feel rejoiced but somewhere behind your mind the person who scolds you for no reason popping up and pulls you back from rejoicing the appreciation. This is the trick that our brain plays if we have so much of pains that we hold in our unconcious mind.
So, Fill your Bucket with Loads of good memories that you had in your past. It doesn’t mean you are escaping from negative situations but being bold enough to handle tough situations.
