This internship training is exclusively designed for the students who are pursuing UG & PG degree in Psychology, Social Work, and Counselling Psychotherapy. It equips the students to understand the different approaches in Psychotherapy like Psychodynamic, Cognitive, Behavioral, Humanistic, Existential, Integrative and Eclectic approaches. Training highlights on CBT (Cogninive Behavioural Therapy), REBT(Rational Emotive Therapy) Gestalt Therapy.
Basic Counselling Skills and Training
This is a program which is been designed to teach basic skills of counselling to all age group of people. It gives a clear perception for the root cause of the problems and also helps to solve the issues through step by step formula of counselling.
